All our steaks are naturally aged, prime steaks, hand-cut at the restaurant and grilled to exact expectations. Our friendly atmosphere is reminiscent of Cypriot hospitality and our service is first class. Blue Island menu offers a selection of excellent seafood, lamb, pork, game and poultry and of course, mouth-watering steaks. Guests can choose from a list of delicious appetizers including oysters, mussels, escargots, smoked salmon etc.

Why are our steaks so delicious? Over the years, we've learned a few things about steak. The full, natural flavour and tenderness of Blue Island steaks are the result of dry aging 20 - 25 days the optimum time recommended for superior taste and maximum tenderness. Beef aged the Blue Island way doesn't require harsh solutions or marinades to make the steaks tender. Because the aging process starts at the packing plant, all beef is shipped under carefully controlled conditions. The top cuts of premium beef steaks are sealed in Cryovac plastic at the packing plant and delivered to the Blue Island restaurant. The aging process is completed in the walk-in cooler at the restaurant. The meat-cutter carefully monitors the beef and cuts it into steaks as needed for optimum flavour and tenderness.
